The SSRS preview screen is not display

Hi,

We develop a SSRS function, and it woks fine in the Tier1 environment.

But it's strange in the Tier2(sand-box) environment:

   when click the "Print" button, it display the PDF content, but in fact it should display the SSRS preview screen, then we can export as Word.

Did you have any experience on this problem?

    Hi RongYan,

    You have the PDF previewer enabled in your Tier-2 environment.

    Please go to the Report options page by adding "&mi=SysReportAdministration" to the URL in your browser window and disable the preview experience.

    Then you could run the report again and export it to word.

    But the Preview Options is "can't change" status, default it's "Yes".

    It seems that I can not change it?

    It's also "can't change" status in Tier1, but default is "No".

    Please make sure that the user you are logging in has the appropriate permissions.

    Hi RongYan,

    I faced this same issue on different customers. Try with Admin rights and if that didn't work then logout and try with different browser as well.

    Dears

    Just update the lastest information.

    It's confirmed that you can not use SSRS preview form above Tier2 sand-box envrironment unless you use the standard document output function.

    If you want to use customize document output function, for example, you need output the Word file directly.
