Cloud environment while opening in the first time needing to restart IIS

Our environment version 37 its a cloud environment 
I did an update on DXIF service and BI service after that environment needing  every time I opened it to restart IIS from visual studio 
there is any service closed while updating or how can I fix it ?

    Please start by describing your problem. You mentioned you need restart IIS, but you told us nothing about what problem you have that the restart resolves.
     
    Also, I don't know what you mean by "IIS restart from Visual Studio". Don't you actually mean IIS Express? That's a different application than IIS.

    Have you checked the logs or error messages to see if any specific issues or errors that may have occurred.

    Our environment started before updateing without restart IIS now we need to restart IIS to open environment so I need to know which service Do this ?
