CRM permission setting _ Technical issues

Hi,
I am trying to control the authority that personal customer information in D365 can be read and edited privately.
Currently using "information security role" to adjust permissions.
Here is what I have so far:

Is there any solution?
Please help, would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Zoe,

    We need to set the Userpastedimage1600310606192v1.png level on the Create, Read, Write and Delete permissions of the Marketing List for the security role of the salesmen.

    This way, the salesmen can only access their own marketing lists.

    Hi Hao,

    The business organized by my company will call for marketing based on D365's sales-contact list.

    The customer list of some salesmen wants to be managed privately, which is not convenient for others to read or add activity records.

    I'm wondering if there is the helpful way to figure it out.
