Hi
I have a requirement for one of our project where client is asking for a document "Data Management Plan" . We aren't really sure what to include in this document but please check the below line mentioned
in the requirements "A data management plan that details how data will be managed from the development of the system from all data sources until the system is in go-live status." Could someone please help me out what to include in this document.

Some suggestions on what to include are
- Solutions what solutions and how they are going to flow from a Dev/Test/production environments. More information: docs.microsoft.com/.../solution-concepts-alm
- If there are any integrations to systems outside of Dynamics, what are they, what systems are they integrated into. Also helpful here may be what entities they map to, what type of operations (for example does this integration read data or update data). This would be for each instance.
- If each instance has a Security Group to determine access, what is that for each instance.
- If you are having custom model applications, is there specific Security Roles which only have access to that?
- Is there test data being used? Where is that coming from, what instance is using it etc?
