While on a Purchase Return Order and you Release it, and click Create Whse. Shipment it creates a shipment but the Shipping tab is left empty. Is this due to previous customization or is this meant to happen?
If I wanted this to copy the shipping tab from the Purchase Return Order where would I enter this?

You will need to pass on the specific needed information from Purchase Return Order while creating Warehouse Shipment, through code.

There is no shipping tab in the Purchase Return Order as such. The Shipping tab in Whse Shipment is to be filled by needed data e.g. manually. You can compare fields that are available in Whse. Shipment Shipping tab and fields in the Purchase Return Order and you will find they are different. Also, I do not recall Ship-to Address in the Whse. Shipment document, if it exists in your version then it looks like a customization.
