How to handle multiple addresses at same location

Hello,

I have the following scenario.

I am creating a Field Service solution for my customer that works in construction. When my customer gets a job it is often a whole apartment complex with individual tasks for each apartment. Because of this my customer would like to be able to seperate information for each of these apartments.

They would like to see information about each apartment (apartment number, phone number, name of person who lives in the apartment).
They would like to add information about tasks done in each apartment (Comments, pictures of work done).

I cant see how this can be done with a single work order without creating a custom table with apartment information to seperate the apartments in a work order.
One other way to do it would be to create one work order for each apartment, but then i would still need to create a custom table to hold apartment information  (name, phone, comment).

Any suggestions on how to implement this?

I  think your scenario matches with OOTB feature Functional Locations to some extent.

Functional locations will allow you to specify hierarchical work sites like assets present on various floors of clients building. For example, the following relationship represents the location of a printer named "Acct-10" on the third floor in Building A on a customer's campus:

    • Campus
      • Building A
        • Floor 3
          • Printer Acct-10
One or more functional locations can be tagged to Work order.

You can refer following URL to understand the feature and see whether it helps.
