Project work breakdown structure linked to Microsoft project

Hello,
 
I experience the following issue with the export of project WBS in Microsoft project - every time when I click on Open in Microsoft project, D365FO generate empty file.
The Microsoft Project Client add-in is activated.
 
Can you please advice what else needs to be done in order the WBS successfully opened in Microsoft project.
