I have one server AOS (24Go of RAM) that is work with an another server that's hosts the BDD (48Go of RAM). Sometimes, the processus Ax32Serv.exe take 99% of memory usage, and SQLserver.exe take 99% of memory usage too.

The connection to the server is very slow.

Can I help me, if you have any ideas.

for sql configure max memory to total - 2 Gb

there are also bug fixes related to memory leaks on the aos

For SQ, the problem is solved.

But, for the AOS, the situation is the same, Ax32Serv.exe using 23Go of memory, and the service "Microsoft Dynamics Ax" is going down.

    ok,

we have to know what the aos is doing.

use pal.codeplex.com there Is an perfmon template in it for ax (I build it so, questions just ask)

    we have to know

    - concurrent ax users

    - batches that run (paralal, helper treads etc)

    - ax build numer

    77 users.

If these are concurrent users, you might want to consider adding another AOS and balance them out. As Dick says, it is also interesting to know how much batch processing you are doing. You might want to consider at least having an AOS dedicated for batch.

There are 40 users connected simultanously.

I added another memory barrette, the size of the physical memory is 36 GB.

After restarting the service "Microsoft Dynamics AX", the server works well, after some time, the process "Ax32serv.exe" increases its memory consumption until reach the saturation of resources.

are there batches running on that AOS, it can't be related to just 40 concurrent users.

please use below perfmon template and trace the aos for 1 day, sample every 5 minutes and send the file back to me
