Hello,
I am working with Dynamics 365 and would like to configure the timeline to display activities from users in other departments, but without allowing access to those activities. However, users should be able to access activities from their own department.
In summary, I need users to:
- View activities from their own department and be able to interact with them (read, edit, etc.)
- View activities from other departments, but without the ability to interact with them (i.e., read-only).
Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
