Creating a shortcuts of containerCSIDE and containerWindowsClient in Development Preview

Posted on by 3,957

Hi,

In Development Preview -December Update, I've created a container and I'm able to access through the WebClient. So how can we create the shortcut of the <containername>CSIDE and <containername>Windows Client. Just like the default navserver container as per attachment below.

Thanks.

To create a CSIDE in NAV 2018,

    Use:

    New-CSideDevContainer -containerName <ContainerName> -accept_eula -alwaysPull -auth <auth type> -doNotExportObjectsToText -imageName <image name>

    Hi @Olister Rumao,

Take a look at PSScript github.com/.../New-NavContainer.ps1

In this script appropriate folders are copied from container and shortcuts are created.
