Dynamics 365: update case status on new portal comment

Hi,

We currently have a state called 'Awaiting reply'. We would like to have this status updated when the customer places a new reply on the case via our portal. The new status would be 'Reply received'.

What would be the best way to have this happening?

    I managed to do this via a Power Apps Workflow.

    Hi Partner,

    Maybe you can create one workflow on portal comment entity to update case status automatically.
