Ribbon completely blank

A user called me because all of a sudden, his ribbon is not displaying. I've tried delete user personalization, customizing the ribbon. I've done an uninstall and reinstall. Nothing I do resolves it. If I run NAV as another user from his PC, the same thing happens. If i have him log into NAV on another PC it's fine.  I'm going to attempt to role back windows updates that I think might be at play but am open to other suggestions.

    I had the same issue, i could fix it by deinstalling the graphic-card-driver, then reinstall it.
    (i had also to deinstall a Program called Duet-Display)

    Luckily i had a Bluescreen (ddkmd-sys), then i found this Site -> https://windowsreport.com/ddkmd-sys/

    We did not resolve it with Microsoft. The users IT group ended up completely wiping the PC and starting from a fresh install which fixed the issue.

    I had the same issue. When logging in with this user name on a different machine, the ribbon appears.

    So, it was either Windows or PC related issue. Installed any pending windows updates and rebooted the PC a couple of times. This then fixed the issue.

    Please advise when you hear back from Microsoft. I have the same issue having just had windows upgraded last week.

    They ended up wiping his profile and once everything was reinstalled it worked fine.

    I have this issue also, and I find a way to resolve this issue. You can try to disable some add-ins, this case, I disabled page office add-in, the ribbon is working.

    other applications run properly. we do not have any issues like this, but NAV.

    I know such a behaviour, when the RAM usage per Session and application reaches 700MB.

    So if NAV reaches an RAM usage per user session of 700MB the application behaviour is curious (application gets very slow, ribbon is not usable anymore...)

    I'd look at other applications installed on the citrix environment. That's what microsoft was encouraging us to look at before we wiped the PC

    Hello, we have the same problem. restarting NAV did not help. Logging off the User, temporarely helped in this case.

    We are running NAV 2017 in a Citrix Environment. Do you think this could be a problem?

    Unfortunately our solution ended up being wiping the PC. He was having other profile issues. This did fix our problem but I know this isn't an option for everyone.
