Ribbon completely blank

A user called me because all of a sudden, his ribbon is not displaying. I've tried delete user personalization, customizing the ribbon. I've done an uninstall and reinstall. Nothing I do resolves it. If I run NAV as another user from his PC, the same thing happens. If i have him log into NAV on another PC it's fine.  I'm going to attempt to role back windows updates that I think might be at play but am open to other suggestions.

    2 ways:

    1. Right click on ribbon -> Expand ribbon

    2. Click on NAV Menu -> Customize -> Customize Ribbon -> Restore defaults

    Andrey - thanks but i've tried both of those and it doesn't make the page actions visible. If you click on the ribbon where one of the actions should be, the action will happen (like create sales order). It's like it's there you just can't see it

    Wow, never seen that.

    Have you tried to assign another role center to user? And maybe recompile Sales Order Processor role center.

    I haven't tried recompiling (i will later today) but it does work for another user.

    I encounter the same problem, if you solve this, can you say me how we can do for appear the ribbon ?

    I've opened a ticket with Microsoft and am troubleshooting. If we figure it out, i'll update the post. Their current suggestion is to disable antivirus software.

    Hi

    This might be the cause. User can HIDE the Ribbon by pressing Ctrl+F1. You can reactivate the Ribbon the same way

    Also getting exactly the same thing, started happening after the last round of updates (Win 10 x64).

    Any steps in NAV such as Collapse/Expand and Restore Defaults doesn't fix the situation.

    Confirmed that it's happening on NAV 2013, 2013R2, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Issue occurs in both the x86 and x64 versions of the Windows client on the later versions so it looks like pretty much all RoleTailored versions are affected.

    Please let us know if you hear back from MS on a workaround/fix.
