User cannot install the NAV 2017 full client cloud application (hosted on Microsoft Azure NAV Managed Service).

Guys, 

Please help me, there is a customer that can't install NAV full client cloud app when downloading it from the web link I send him. It has worked for other people in his company and I have already installed it on different computers myself. I don't know what could be wrong on his computer, he gets the following error after downloading and trying to start the application:

    Does the computer has any other previous versions ? if so uninstall it and re-install and other thing is try to install as Administrator, make sure he has local admin rights.
