Security role or privileges for all entities

Hi all,

Need some advice, If I create new Security Role, what object I should add so all the entities, either Standard and custom entity so can be included in the entity list. Because currently this new Security Role, provided it is working, only Data Management Workspace appeared, and all the Tile menu inside and all the forms inside working, when I want to select entities from the lookup, it looks only system entity. There are no Master or Transactions entity including all of my custom entities.

As above picture, the lookup, there are no usual entity like Customers, Products, Addresses, and all my customs entity.

Hi WWwong,

I think only Sys admin role will have access to all the entities. You will need to assign entity permissions individually.

Every entity has it's own privilege. They are grouped in duties.

You can search the AOT for "entitiesMaintain" or "entitiesInquire" to find the duties. Then add the duties that you need into your role.

Hi both,

Thanks, I put all the "entitiesMantain" in my custom Role, and then put all my custom entities in Data Entity Permission in my custom Privileges.
