Hi all,

I’m looking to set up a test tenant for Business Central that I can use specifically for development and testing purposes (e.g., building extensions, testing AppSource apps, etc.).

Is there a free or trial option available for partners or developers to obtain such a tenant? And are there any limitations I should be aware of?

Region: PAKISTAN

The option is to join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, which provides a renewable 90-day sandbox environment that includes Business Central, ideal for individual developers.

If you're not a developer or a Microsoft partner, you can still explore Business Central using a free trial, but with some limitations. Microsoft offers a 30-day trial of Business Central Online that you can sign up for directly from the official Dynamics 365 website. This trial gives you access to a standard environment where you can explore features, test transactions, and evaluate how the system works.
