Purchase Line does not exist

When I try to create a purchase order in Business Central, I keep getting this error that blocks me:

"Purchase Line: The Purchase Line does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Quote', Document No.='', Line No.='0'"

I tried creating it from a quote. The order is created without a problem, but I can't open it.

I suspected a specific customization code. When I deleted it, everything worked fine. However, the problem is that the code works just fine in my sandbox environment, and the issue only appears in my newly created production environment.
