Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to customize the Customer Account Statement report in Dynamics 365 Finance. Currently, the standard printout generates one page for each customer account, but I need to modify it to display the contents of all customer accounts in one table with a single total.

Has anyone had experience customizing this report or working with similar requirements before?

I would greatly appreciate any insights, tips, or advice on how to approach this customization.

Hi Hisham,

When you mention you need all customers in one table with a total, have you considered printing the Ages balances report with transaction details?

Hi Andre,

I will make another design without aging balance while I will keep the standard design for these functionality.

you can duplicate that design and call that from controller class for that you need to create COC or POST eventhandler of that for calling your duplicate print.

Thanks, I plan to make a new report and design but do you have experience before create customized customer statement report for customer as header and its details in line. I appreciate if you can share any link.

Hi Hisham,
If you want to create customization on this document, you can use Electronic Reporting and add required changes on Cust account statement, Ext model by creating derived version or creating a custom one from scratch.
