The problem is that when To-do create for any date of recurring the mail to sales person not sent.
how to resolve to-do mail sent problem by using Object designer or any other setting required to sent a to-do mail to particular sales person.

Yes i am using SMTP , so opportunity mail works properly but To-do mail not send.

Can you verify that you are send email using SMTP and it is configured correctly?
Please check the event viewer for error description in detail.
If still face problem, ask.
