Project Creation Estimate Header is missing error

Hi Experts,

I'm new to PSA.

Working on Trial account.

While Trying to create new Project or Project template. I'm getting the pop up error of Estimate Header is missing on Schedule tab and Estimate tab.

Kindly help

    Hi Ahtesham,

    May be the below will help 

    Issue

    User getting error 'Estimate Header missing' in PSA.

     

    Cause

    Plugins were disabled:  Microsoft.Dynamics. ProjectService.Plugins.PostProjectCreate  ​& Microsoft.Dynamics. ProjectService.Plugins.PostOperationmsdyn_projectUpdate​.

     

    Resolution

    • Browse to Settings > Customization > Customize the system​

    • Click SDK Message Processing Steps​

    • Locate step named Microsoft.Dynamics. ProjectService.Plugins.PostProjectCreate.  If this step is disabled, activate it​

    • Repeat for step named Microsoft.Dynamics. ProjectService.Plugins.PostOperationmsdyn_projectUpdate​
