I have imported a xlsx file with 67 rows and it stuck on submitted. I have deletd once the import and tried agin, bur same result.
Does anybody have an Idea?

This happens to me sometimes. If the imported file is in the Submitted state for a long time, I would recommend you contact the Microsoft support engineer to check your environment service.
There is a possibility that Background Operations are disabled on the instance in question. I would recommend that you check this setting.
