Every time I am setting up address info, it starts at the address field, then i tab over to the city field, then the state, the the zip code, then the Country. and when I type in US in the country field, and tab to next field it deletes the info I just put in for the city, state zip.

Thank you for answering. I Thought about personalizing, but it seems more of a nuisance to personalize every possible card type that utilizes address info, and to go to every current user, and future user and do the same. When you say customize it so it doesn't get cleared, is there a setting i can change, or do you mean customized through programming?
When you fill in the Country the Post Code, City, and County will set to blank. The reason is because the Post Code table is driven by the Country Code.
You can customize it so it doesn't get cleared.
Otherwise, you will need to change the order of the field, so you fill in the Country first.
