When we try to create Interaction With the Interaction Wizard Type "Open"(opening the Word Document), receiving the below error

Event Viewer Details as below:
The following SQL error was unexpected.
The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'Server Instance', database 'dbname', schema 'dbo'.
The DELETE permission was denied on the object 'Server Instance', database 'dbname', schema 'dbo'.
The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'Server Instance', database 'dbname', schema 'dbo'.
