Is it possible to customize Notes and Activities of Social Pane.
Like i want to make required the title of Notes which is shown below: -

Activities (Tasks, Phone Calls, etc.) and Notes are entities like Accounts or Contacts so you will be able to adapt fields to your needs or even add new custom Activities.

Hi,
Social panel is not open for customize.
but you can use dom to do it, but i am not recommend it because it is unsupported.
Unfortunately Social Pane has limited customizations.
