Unable to configure Serverside Synchronization mailbox(failed )

Hello,

i want to configure serverside mailbox in crm 365.after so many attemps i am unable to do this. i am able to configure Global admin user succesfully.

but when i am configure any other non global user which has system admin user role, then i will failed to do it.

    Hey Yash,

    If you open up the Mailbox record, and then go to Alerts on the side, you may get some more information on the Fail reason.

    Give us some more info and we will try to help :)
