Dear Experts,

One of my user is facing problem to see the purchase return order statics (F7), I have added a all permission related to purchase return. please help me how to resolve it. I have added the print screen.

Seems to be a Metadata Issue.

Recompile all NAV Objects and then try.

As suggested, it could be a problem related to metadata.

I think it's enough to recompile page 403 and page 6640.

If recompiling doesn't work, I have also come across instances where there was user personalization for a given page and the page was updated. You could delete the personalization for the page/user.
