Zetadocs Express for NAV Error

I have the following configuration settings:

I also tried the url that is shown in Sharepoint Online setup: hhtp://..../sharepoint.com/teamsite/

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Steve,

    Thanks for your post and I'm glad to hear it is now working for you!

    The error that you received is expected to appear in the documents page part - until the user has been authenticated with the SharePoint Online site. I have not seen error messages being cut off the screen before in the way that you describe, but I will do some testing on that - thank you for letting us know.

    Solved!

    1) I re-installed Zetadocs Express by selecting 'Run as Administrator'. This got me past the original sharepoint error in the Documents page part.

    2) Once I got past the original error I had a second error in the Document page part. Something like "could not find the SharePoint library."  Everything I read suggested the path should be mydomainhere.sharepoint.com.  There was a lot of discussion in the forums about leaving off /Zetadocs but since I have little SharePoint knowledge it was not clear what the exact path should be in my particular case.

    I am using a trial subscription Office 365 so I had to change the path to mydomainhere.sharepoint.com/teamsite.  This solved the new error and also solved the error I got when running Save & Send.

    I am curious about the actual placement of the error I got. It covered up the Documents page part and was cut off on the right side. It made the error difficult to read and therefore troubleshoot. Is it my screen resolution or a common problem for Zetadocs to fix???

    Please can you send me the Zetadocs Express log files so that I can assist you further on this.

    Please refer to http://www.equisys.com/technotes/ztn4130.htm for info on how to obtain these log files. Please send the logs to support@equisys.com quoting "FAO DAVID ZDX" in the subject line.

     - Which RTC page are you getting the above error? Do you get the same error on all pages that you have added Zetadocs functionality to?

    - Can you confirm you are using Office 365?
