Can you please help me with the following query:
A customer is trying to restore the production database (600GB) to SAT (tier 2).
As per licensing guide there is a specific size limitation for tier 2 environment. So can you please help to understand what will be the process to restore? Will he need to purchase additional database space for SAT or needs to upgrade the tier of the SAT environment ? Has this to be done through a support request?
Is there any documentation on tier2, tier3, tier4 etc environment specification and database size?
