Hi,

In my scenario, I have a business unit and in that business unit I have 10 users and they are in same BU. Now in these 10 users two are managers having 4-4 users under both managers.

All 10 users have user level privilege in account entity for assign. Now for Managers we have to provide assign access such that they can assign only the users who are under them.

I have used hierarchy security but we can not used this for assign.

If anyone has any suggestion or ideas will be very useful.

Hi,

Out of the box an assigner can assign a record to each user/team. So I think you can only achieve your goad by creating a plugin/customizations. You may register a plugin to prevalidate whether the assignee is under the hierarchy of the assigner. If yes, then proceed the plugin otherwise throws exeception. Or perhaps a workflow can achieve this.

Overall, you need customize work.
