Employees with no paydata showing in W-2's

In 2013, we processed payroll in Great Plains for the first qtr.  Beginning in April, ADP processed our payroll.  The HR Director has continued to enter employees into Great Plains.  Currently, we are trying to print our 2013 W-2's, but the file is showing inactive employees and new employees after 3/31/13 with no paydata.  Please tell me how to remove the W-2's with no paydata so that they will not print.

    Hi,

    Have you tried actually printing the W-2s (to screen or blank paper) to determine that will print the blank ones? It is my understanding that the W-2 will not actually print if there is no payroll data on it.
