Does anyone have the details for how 'Link this job to a position in your integrated HR system' work from Attract? What is the use case or exactly what changes happen when it's used? Any documentation or anyone that uses this successfully?

Hey Steve,

We use this function in combination with Dynamics HR. The way this works is that the job is linked to a position in Dynamics HR, so when you hire someone for JobX, the candidate automatically is linked to the position in your organization. Let me know if you need any more information about this :)

Hi Kaspar,

By linked do you mean a new worker-position relationship record is created in the 'Position Worker Assignments' entity?

I'm trying to determine how link this job to a position in your integrated HR system works to decide if using it will add value in my circumstance where D365HR on-boarding is not used. Looked for documentation but can't find more than a mention.

Hey Steve,

I'm not quite sure about your terminology, but I think this is the case. We use a code to link an open position to a job. When somebody is hired for that job, they are connected to that postion in Dynamics HR (including all details).
