Hi ,

I need to add new values to option set in Ticket Resolution form in D365 field service. I added the new option set value, saved and published. Its not showing up in the form unfortunately.

Its such a simple change to make , but its not showing up. What could be the reason?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,

Have you tried save and publish again?

Have you delete and add value again?

Have you tried add values to other option set field? Same?

Could you share screenshot about it?

    Hi newbie,

Try to switch to the classic Form,

Delete the field from the app, then add it,

Click on save and then publish.

Please mark the answer as verified if that's resolve your problem.

Hi, I did it in make.powerapps, did not work then removed it and tried in classic view and published the table and published all customizations. Still not showing up.

Some Option Sets actually use a Global Option set if they are used across multiple tables.

Being new to this I'm not familiar with "Ticket Resolution" form.  Is it an Incident a Case or what?

Regardless, you might look to see if that Option Set is global (classic view seems easiest for this), and change it there.

    Hi Partner,

    This is one OOB field?

And which entity it is on?

The entity is OOB or custom?

Other option set field can add values?

Thank you for all your answers. Sorry I didnt do any update here. It was due to a field mapping set up by the previous developer. Its working as expected now.
