Error number: 1010 An error occurred displaying the transaction (AX Retail POS) while billing and duplicate transaction ID error in event viewer.
Changed the ID number to the next number and applied 1160 job. It will work for the next 1 bill and again same error.
Can any one help in this ??

I executed the below query in local DB and restarted the Retail POS and issue has been resolved
update ax.RETAILPOSSEEDDATA set datavalue=1234 where storenumber='XXXX' and datatype=8
(1234 is the transaction ID number increased by 1 and XXXX is the store number)
Can you manually increase transactionid and receiptid by 1 in the RetailPOSSeedData and delete record from "retailtransaction" based on terminal and store and check once?
when i faced this issue once, i have done this and it got resolved. just have a look and see it is
