HI all,

Waiting for MS to get back to me about PO limitations however does anybody know if PO has the same limitation as Project for the web?
Due to the integration it would be good to know.

Also does anybody have a link to the questions?

What are the total tasks supported in One Project?
We can see 20 resources limit on assignment of resource to a task. Is there any limit on the number of resources which can be added to a project team? Or assigned to multiple tasks in a project. We are referring to 1000s of resources (Labour and Equipment)
Is there any limit on the number of rows data entered in timesheet using bulk upload interface like Excel?
Is there any limit on the number of organisation units?
Is there any limit on the roles in the price list?

Hi Leon Pienaar. P4W limits apply to P4W in ProjOps as well. It's the same service on Azure Service Fabric.

1. According to P4W limits, which is 500.

2. I've not tried how many people can be assigned on a task but there isn't a limit to Project Team Members that I've heard of.

3. No limits that I know of beyond 1 day having max 24 h in time entries.

4. Not that I know of.

How many sub-tasks can I create under Task1. in other words using maximum hierarchy level (10) how many tasks are allowed to be generated in a project.

I haven't tried but I'd assume up to 500, which is the hard limit. The task limits in P4W will see an increase in the near term (I recall it being Q4 CY22 or was it Q1 CY23)

Can I create two : three or four sub tasks to each 500 tasks, created in the project with maximum limit on a project.
