Hi,
Yes, it can happen that a deployment to production is rolled back without detailed logs in LCS — especially if the issue occurs early in the process or during validation steps.
Just to help narrow it down,
Was this a hotfix or full package deployment?
What product version and platform update are you using?
Also, check Environment History in LCS for any status messages or download logs — sometimes warnings are logged there even if detailed errors are missing.
