Where is best to learn Field Service ?

Hello expert,

Would like to ask your advice if anyone know where I can learn about Field Service more in-depth, functional (+technical as a additional advantage).

I search Udemy and feel nothing there which is more comprehensive. Usually it is only for passing the Exam which I do not need. What I need is the detail for implementation and development.

Please advice.

Many thanks in advance.

    Hi partner,

Microsoft provides comprehensive official learning documents for dynamics 365 users, so learning from Microsoft documents is currently the best way. You can learn more about dynamics 365 field service according to the list on the left.

Based on the answers below I think they misunderstood your question.

It sounds like rather than looking for USER knowledge your looking for DEVELOPER knowledge so you can more easily/efficiently customize your environment without having to pay thousands of dollars to do much of what you want to do.

...sadly I don't have an answer as I am in the same shoes...I've got SQL and other development skills but have found it very taxing to find a good resource to turn to for getting better acquainted with the nuances that the Dataverse has and all that comes with customizing FS365.
