entity appointment - quick form change required attendees

Is it possible to change the quickform or mainform in entity apointment - field [required attendees] and [optional attendees] so when user wants to add attendees it looks only for contacts connected to this account and people inside organization(users).

I tried to look for this in form and field properties but I cant find it, can it be solved by some sort of workflow or new field created?
