Cannot find existing text message sender in a journey

Hi community, I need your help here :(
 
I have a Twilio number set up in Customer Insights already, and I tested with the external web page and I'm able to receive SMS from this +1866 phone number: 
 
 
However, when I start to build a customer journey where I want to send out SMS, on the customer journey page right Text Message menu, I don't see this +1866 as an option in the Text Message Sender dropdown (the +1833 is Azure SMS Preview auto generated phone number): 
 
The system also won't allow me to add another new text message sender record...
 
Does anyone run into the same issue?
