Regarding the Trigger Create and Update

I have trigger for opportunity, for create and update, But when I create a new record that time it is running more than one run for single record, why it is happing,

Please suggest the way so, I can resolve this issue.

    Are you talking about a workflow? I believe you are performing an update on your workflow... Could you please provide more details? Screenshots can help to find a logical explanation to your issue.
