Hi,

there is a possibility to use the order promising for a multiple orders?

At the moment I can use them only for one order.

Otherwise if there other solutions to calculate the best shipment dates for all orders of one customer.

According to your requirement , yes its possible for the both way

Hi Maneesha,

thank for your answer, I know this function, but I don't find how I can calculate the shipment dates for all sales order of a customer. If I select many orders from page ( sales orders) and select "action" and "order promising" , the order promising is calculate only for last order.

Hi,

This is not a standard functionality. The question then is why you want to run it for multiple orders at the same time. Normally the order promising shoud be run when the order is entered to confirm the capacity of machines and availability of goods.

Even doing a development for a multi order promising plan could be tricky as you need to define what are the criterias to fullfill demand based on actuel offer.

Ohh...

If you mean by doing or set my manual on sales order list

you cannot make it

What i mean is you have to set some function to post sale orders by automatically , like task scheduler

Selecting and posting multiple orders its wont work ,

And let it as a sequence , its not good to post all together(auto post)

system might conflict whether if you docent having proper quantity in your inventory

There is no standard functionality as Order promising is based on order to order and every order might have different scenario,fulfillment date etc.

You need to think on all scenario and based on that customization need to carried out.
