Dynamics for marketing installation Block

Hie,

We're working on Microsoft dynamics 365, currently we're trying to install marketing on a dynamics instance. it has blocked since 9 AM. it's blocked on 43%.

  • Is it Normal
  • Is it possible to kill a marketing installation?
  • Do you know if a can have some traces?
  • is it normal ?

    Hello,

    We are sorry to hear about your installation experience! This should or of course not happen with a new installation.

    Please revisit the installation! It retries to deploy the marketing application. You may also retry to run this FRE experience and it will retry.

    But if it still not completes after several hours then please file a support request and help will be provided.
