System Views in Dynamics CRM

I have two questions:

1) Can I deactivate/delete system views? If yes then how?

2) I have a view "Open opportunities" that lists all the opportunities and a view "Won opportunities" that has the opportunities that have been won. I want to know that is there a way that an opportunity automatically gets removed from open opportunities once it has been won? Currently it is present in both the lists open & won. I want it to get removed from open opportunities and be only visible in Won opportunities view.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Sara,

1- You can deactivate system view. You can't delete system views.

2- Please share the filter applied for both views? Normally, if the standard filter has not been changed, you will have exactly the behavior you want.

    1) How can I deactivate system views. It is not allowing me to.

    2) Can you please guide me how I can access the filters?

    1. You can see the deactivate button in the below screenshot:

    2. To access filter: Go to views ==> Open the view ==> Click on Edit Filter Criteria:

    Hi Mehdi,

For my point 2; please see the screenshots below. The first one is showing the filters for all opportunities and the second one is for won opportunities. Please see the filters. My concern is that once an opportunity is won, why is it still visible in the open opportunities' list although it has been won.

When I apply this filter on the all opportunities tab, this shows the open opportunities. Screenshot 1.

But the filter is not fixed (screenshot 2). Like as soon as I move to the other tab and come back to this tab, it shows the default behavior i.e. without filter.

    Hi Sara,

Yes, this is normal. The filter is not saved, it is just temporary.

To save your new filters, you have to go through make.powerapps.com. Please refer to the following documentation for more details. This explains all the steps:

If you want to inactivate a view at <make.powerapps.com/>, Go to Data> Tables> Target Tables> Views.
Click "..." of the view you want to hide, then click "Inactive".
