Customer Voice surveys are missing

Hi there,

We are currently facing a severe issue with our surveys: they somehow disappeared.

We have setup surveys that are sent out via PowerAutomate and associated to underlying base records in Dynamics.

Example: we are sending out a case completion survey automatically after a Dynamics case was closed.

Unfortunately, beginning of December those surveys disappeared in Customer Voice. 

However, the corresponding record in Dynamics/CDS (msfp_survey) is still present - however, if I follow this link, the survey shows as non existent.

Any ideas how this can happen? Any way to recover those surveys?
This is a huge issue for us - we are missing alot of valuable information.

    Hi Florian,

    We are currently experiencing a similar issue, where our survey IDS in our power automate are now different to the actual customer voice survey ID's.

    These flows have been setup for 2plus years with no major issue, however since middle Nov/Start Dec we are now experiencing multiple issues.

    Is anyone experiencing anything similar? Are Microsoft looking into this?
