Vendor settle open transaction is not being shown posted transactions in Japanese Language

Hello Folks,

We have Import vendor invoice journal functionality in AP module which imports invoice journals, which once posted reflects in Settle open transactions Form and VendTrans Table has approved value as checked, transactions reflect perfectly when imported in en-us language but due to whatever the reason, it is not being shown Settle open transactions when executed in the Japanese language. I checked LedgerJournalTrans, VendTrans, vendTransOpen Tables and query executed. Everything works well.

The weird part is if I unchecked, then checked Approved value in VendTrans Table for the transaction, it will then reflect in the Japanese language as well. It is R3 CU8

Please let me know, where it is going wrong when executed in the Japanese Language.
