Hi I have a very simple business rule, pretty much the requirement is if 'Is Customer Integrated' field equals 'Yes' AND 'Created On' field contains data THEN Lock the two fields below. IF 'Is Customer Integrated' equals 'Yes' set the two fields below to mandatory.
I'm not sure what the issue is but my business rule does not seem to be firing and the fields are still able to be modified when 'Is Customer Integrated' is set to 'Yes' and 'Created On' contains data.
Hi I figured out what the issue was.
The 'Created On' field was not on the form itself, I added the field and it has to be visible in order for the Business Rule to read the data.
Works fine now.
Thanks
Hi Steve,
Have confirmed my business rule is active and I have also set Scope to 'All Forms' but it is still not working.
Also don't think there are any other business rules or processes that are conflicting.
Hi Matt Se,
I tested the logic of your business rule, It could work:
When 'Is Customer Integrated' is set to 'Yes' and 'Created On' contains data:
When 'Is Customer Integrated' is set to 'Yes' and 'Created On' doesn't contain data:
Please check the following point:
1. Make sure your business rule is active.
2.If the scope of business rule is one of the form, please make sure you were using the corresponding form. You can check scope here:
