Hi All,

How does customer journey & events relationship happen?

Is there a way to know all the email that were sent for a particular event?

    Hi Shravan,

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I noted that an event tile can be placed at CJ level and it can be attached to an event.

If this is happening, then there must be an entity where you'd be keeping the relationship? I just want to know the entity so I can get the data and show this relationship at event entity level .

is this not possible at all, as bussines wants to know what CJs were associated to a particular Event entity?

    Hey nkhemji,

While designing a customer journey, you can drag and drop the event tile into the journey and set it up as a trigger source tile - which means you can add triggers after it (did the contact register for this event, did they attend the event).

To see which emails for a particular event were sent out, please navigate to the customer journey that you set up for the event, and on the insights section, you'll find the email KPIs which tell you how many people have been sent emails, how many emails were blocked etc. Here's the documentation around Customer Journey insights - docs.microsoft.com/.../insights

We do not create an implicit relationship record between a customer journey and an event that can be accessed by users.

    Regards,

    Shravan
