Cancel Receive remain from Transfer order.

Hi,

How can I cancel the remain quantity from transfer order. When I try cancelling from the delivery remainder I get an error saying: "The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions."

    You first need to unpick you picked line. Then cancel it.

    When I try to unpick from the Functions > unpick I get following error:

    The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions.

    Hi D_Meethu,

    That message appears when some part of the quantity has been shiped. Check in the tabs on transfer detail if there is some shiped qty.

    The screenshots are showing it as picked, and shipping the order based upon the pick (not all we presume) is telling the user the quantity cannot be reduced, so nothing shipped, trying to ship what is picked does not work and trying to unpick gets the same message.

    Steve I get the following error when I try to delete the output order:

    "Output order IO13469965 cannot be deleted. All related lines to the output order must have a status that comes prior to Picked."
