Changed our license strategy to Sales Enterprise two weeks ago and it looks like our marketing attached got cancelled unintentionally. This morning we started seeing "You have used up all your email credits for this month. Please purchase more to continue using this service." Which alerted us to the issue with marketing attach and we repurchased.
It's been several hours now and we're still not seeing any additional quota, is there a lag for the additional quota to apply?

Hi Stephanie, this message shows while licensing systems sync, sometimes it can take some time for licensing to propagate across systems but worst case is 24 hours, are you still seeing the issue?

I haven't found any docs about the lag for the additional quota to apply. You would better raise a ticket to consult Microsoft.
