Created views not appearing in offline

Good afternoon,

I created several views for my technicians to use alone and in combination with a dashboard. The company just switched to offline profiles with offline working locations. Due to this change the views are not visible in offline mode and show that the views cannot be accessed in offline. Is there a setting I need to enable to allow for the technicians to view these fields?

I have the same question (0)

Have you made sure that the data you are accessing for the dashboard and views are available in your offline profile?

    Hi partner,

Have you tried to enable the view for Field Service mobile app?

Here is a link about configure offline profile in Field Service: Configure offline capabilities in the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app (contains video) - Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Learn

    Hope it will help you.

    Best Regards,

    Sayen Zhang

    hey!

There are some limitations on the use of views.  For example only System views are allowed.  Also, you can read on learn.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-system-offline some known limitations regarding offline tables, and linked tables available.

Perhaps the most relevant information is available on learn.microsoft.com/.../offline-capabilities where you have the following:

    - Views not supported for Email, Task, ServiceAppointment, RecurringAppointmentMaster, SocialActivity

    - Advanced Lookups are not supported in Offline

    - Not all filter operations are allowed

Also, when you're customizing FieldService app, you can use some Javascript code to build views using FetchXML.  Please be aware that building such queries (building the FetchXML) dynamically is not allowed in offline mode either.

    Regards,
