Enable specific slider functionality in Dynamics F&O within a role, what permissions?

Within a released product, under 'Manage Costs,' there is a slider called 'Use cost price per variant.' A user is unable to use this slider. How can I easily find out which permission or role needs to be assigned to enable this functionality?
