Outbound segment in real-time journey in previous version with status ''completing''

We had a couple of journeys in real-time that used outbound segments. I've replaced them all, so in the current versions there are no longer any outbound segments. However, in previous versions there are still outbound segments and those versions are still completing. There is a wait time in these journeys which will exceed the deadline of June 30th. Will these journeys stop after the 30th of June? And what will happen with the people still in those journeys, will they no longer complete the journey?

    Yes, after June 30th, all outbound segments will stop working, including those in active journeys.

    • If the journey has a wait time extending beyond June 30th:
      • They will not progress further once outbound segments are disabled.
      • Any steps relying on outbound segments (e.g., triggers, splits, etc.) will fail silently, effectively halting the journey for those contacts.
    Recommended
    • Pause or update old journey versions before June 30th to prevent contacts from getting stuck.
    • Migrate affected users to new journeys that don’t use outbound segments.
